achieve the look you want for your home while staying within your

construction budget.  Flooring, tile, plumbing, lighting, cabinets, and

hardware selections are detailed out for builders so you, as our client,

can enjoy the home building process.  Building a custom home is an

exciting time and we’d be thrilled to be a part of it.

 

FURNITURE SELECTION & LAYOUT

Ideal furniture layout for your space, based on your specific needs and wants.  Room design includes furniture, rugs, accessories, window treatments, lighting and more!

HOME STAGING

Full walk-through and staging check-list for home owners or full-service staging for occupied homes.  Please note we do not rent pieces:  furnishings and accessories are for purchase only.

NEW HOME TRANSITION

Fitting your existing furniture into your new home can be overwhelming, we're here to help!  Where does that table go? Should we change the upholstery of our sofa?  Our team comes in with unbiased eyes to formulate a plan of what furniture fits your new home, if anything needs to be altered (new fabric or paint color), or what should be sold/donated.  Space plans are provided so movers know exactly where pieces go, and you know if you need anything new.

REMODEL

KITCHEN & BATHROOM DESIGN

Cabinet style, tile backsplash, range hood design, countertop selection, hardware selection and layout, plumbing, lighting, window treatments, and accessories.  Designs are detailed out in rendered drawings so kitchens and bathrooms come to life even before they are built!

 

TILE SELECTION & LAYOUT

Kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and flooring tile selection and design layout.  Includes tile drawing rendering along with tile specs, direction of tile, grout colors, and onsite walk-through with installers.

WALLPAPER & PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION

Dark, light, grey, taupe, colorful, patterns, mixing and matching, all mono-tone.  These are all important decisions that incorporate your flooring, furniture, art, accessories, and window coverings.

LIGHTING PLAN & SELECTION

Lighting can make or break a space!  Many homes today don't have enough lighting or windows.  Lighting is easy to add and makes a huge impact on the style of your home.

REFRESH

ART & ACCESSORY DESIGN

Looking for a change but not ready to completely overhaul your interior?  One of the

fastest and easiest ways to change your space is to update and re-arrange your accessories.

CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN

Have an idea for a specific piece for your space, but don't know where to find it, or need to

change the measurements of a piece you've found?  Our team can tackle any piece,

large or small. 

 

WINDOW TREATMENT DESIGN

No naked windows please!  Window treatment options include (but not limited to): draperies, roman and solar shades, valances, and cornice boards, blinds, and shutters.  We know the choices can be overwhelming so let us weed through the options and find the treatments that will pull together your entire room.  

 

CUSTOM BEDS, HEADBOARDS, & BEDDING

You spend 1/3 of your life in bed, so why not have a gorgeous place to lay your head!  Stocked headboards are often times too short for the high ceilings in modern homes, your headboard wall will be drawn out, your headboard designed and scaled to your bedroom, luxurious fabric chosen and upholstered locally.  Bedding is detailed to your wants and needs, whether that's a lot of pillows, something simple, or bedding for an adjustable bed, the team has you covered.
